Non-Exclusive beats are beats that the producer sell as many times as he/she wants. The producer is still the owner to the rights of the beat. Artist who buys Non-Exclusive rights can use the beat for an album However, they can distrubute up to 5,000 copies before having to pay the producer royalties
~Exclusive Beatz~
Exclusive beats are beats that once they are sold, the buyer gains all full rights to that beat and that buyer only. A producer can no longer sell that beat anymore if the buyer buys the full rights to the beat. The buyer must give credit on songs/albums exceeding $50,000 in revenue.
